If you love stranded colorwork but hate catching floats, this class is for you! Learn to create stunning colorwork with even tension without catching floats, using the Ladderback Jacquard colorwork technique (LBJ).
We will knit the Black Bird Cowl by Samantha West together to practice this revolutionary technique.
You'll learn:
- What is LBJ and why/when to use it
- How to set up LBJ columns in any colorwork chart
- How to stop and start LBJ columns in your work
- Using LBJ in conjunction with stranding

- Copy of the pattern - available in store or on Ravelry here.
- Your cowl work-in-progress (see homework)
- Notions: tapestry needle, scissors, highlighter pen or highlighter tape, stitch markers: 15-20 coordinating markers and 4-6 coordinating markers of another color
