Learn to knit stranded colorwork and add some color to your life this fall! In this 2-session class, you'll get hands-on guidance to help you master this intricate skill and knit a cozy, elegant cowl.
We'll be making the First Colorwork Cowl together, a pattern from Brooklyn Tweed. It's a beautiful yet simple pattern that is a perfect place to start your colorwork journey.
When: Sundays, September 20th & 27th from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Intermediate knitting skill level needed. You must be comfortable casting on, knitting and purling, working in the round, and increasing (make 1 method).
Required Materials (not included):
Pattern: First Colorwork Cowl from Jared Flood/Brooklyn Tweed available HERE
Needles: US 8/5 mm and US 5/3.75 mm
Yarn: 3 colors of worsted weight yarn (we used Woolstok Worsted from Blue Sky Fibers) You should have a light, medium & dark shade
- Main color: 160 yards
- First contrast color: 34 yards
- Second contrast color: 59 yards
